First Login

Welcome to CFlow! This guide will help you log in for the first time and set up your account.

Accessing CFlow

Open your web browser and navigate to your CFlow URL:

  • Production: https://cflow.aidocassist.io
  • Your company subdomain: https://yourcompany.cflow.aidocassist.io

Login Credentials

You should have received your login credentials from your administrator:

  • Email address: Your work email
  • Temporary password: A system-generated password
First Login

If this is your first time logging in, you'll be prompted to change your password immediately.

Step-by-Step Login

1. Enter Your Email

On the login page, enter your email address in the Email field.

2. Enter Your Password

Enter your temporary password in the Password field.

3. Click Sign In

Click the Sign In button to proceed.

4. Change Your Password (First Login Only)

If this is your first login, you'll see a Change Password modal:

  1. Current Password: Enter your temporary password
  2. New Password: Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters)
  3. Confirm Password: Re-enter your new password
  4. Click Change Password
Password Requirements
  • Minimum 8 characters
  • Mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)

After Login

Once logged in, you'll be taken to your dashboard based on your role:

Forgot Password?

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click Forgot Password? on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Request Reset
  4. Wait for your manager to approve the reset
  5. Check your email for the reset link
Approval Required

Password resets require manager approval for security. Your manager will receive a notification to approve your request.

Troubleshooting

"Invalid credentials" error

  • Double-check your email spelling
  • Ensure CAPS LOCK is off
  • Try copying and pasting your password

"Account locked" message

  • Contact your manager to unlock your account
  • Account locks after 5 failed login attempts

Not receiving password reset email

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Ask your manager if they've approved the request
  • Verify your email address is correct with your administrator
